How I work
My approach is person centred, integrative, and trauma informed. I work with the belief that how you feel makes sense in the context of your life, relationships and experiences.

Therapy with me is not about quick solutions or pushing change before you feel ready. It is about creating a safe and respectful space where you can explore your inner world, begin to tolerate and feel your emotions, and develop greater self-understanding.

Over time, this can help reduce fear and confusion around your inner experience, support emotional regulation, and allow you to move through life with greater ease and confidence.

I work with adults and couples experiencing a range of presenting issues, including:

-

You do not need a diagnosis or a clear explanation for how you feel or what you're going through. Therapy can begin wherever you are.
Working with me

Beginning psychotherapy can feel like a significant step. My aim is to offer a space that feels safe, respectful, and steady, where you can explore what feels difficult or unclear at your own pace.

Sessions are collaborative and client led. You do not need to know exactly what you want to talk about or have clear goals from the outset. Therapy can begin with what feels most present for you, whether that is a specific difficulty or a more general sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

Getting started

If you are considering psychotherapy and would like to see whether working together feels right, I offer a 15-minute phone or video call as an opportunity to ask questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit for you.
